Ronald Super Folder can produce broad sheet (A2) and tabloid (A3) newspapers with optional attachments for magazine/ quarter fold / double parallel/ digest fold (with cross slitting/ perforation) and 1/8th fold for Book Production. Ronald Super Folder is designed for quick change over from half to quarter fold, double parallel fold and 1/8th fold. It can handle upto 6 webs for production of 24 pages of broad sheet or 48 pages of tabloid newspaper. For double parallel / quarter folds 2 to 4 webs can be handled depending on the gsm & quality of the paper.
- Capacity of Ronald Super Folder is 36,000 copies per hour
- Main drive shafts coupled with keyway hub and Thomas coupling at cylinder height ensures minimum backlash and smooth power transmission
- R.T.F. roller, cutting cylinder and jaw cylinder are dynamically balanced
